The South Perinton Cemetery is a nonprofit organization and is exempt from Federal and New York State income tax under Internal Revenue Code 501(c)(13) and all donations made to the cemetery are tax deductible. 

The Cemetery's funding comes solely from donative support and plot sales.  We embrace all forms of donation support.
